Terms of Use
Last updated: October 2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the LinkMed Global website, educational programmes, courses, certification programmes, resources and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
1. Introduction
LinkMed Global, trading as the Institute of Emerging Therapies (“LinkMed Global”, “we”, “us” or “our”), provides educational content and professional learning programmes relating to emerging therapies and clinical education.
These Terms apply to all visitors, students, customers and other users of the Services.
2. Educational Purpose
Our website, courses, certification programmes, articles, resources and other materials are provided for educational and informational purposes. They are intended primarily for healthcare professionals and other appropriately qualified users.
Our educational content is not a substitute for independent professional judgement, clinical training, diagnosis, treatment or advice from an appropriately licensed healthcare professional.
3. Professional Responsibility
Healthcare laws, regulations, professional standards and permitted scopes of practice vary by jurisdiction and profession. You are responsible for determining whether any information, technique, product, therapy or clinical approach discussed through the Services is appropriate and lawful for you to use.
You remain solely responsible for your clinical decisions, patient assessment, prescribing, administration, monitoring, informed consent and compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and professional requirements.
4. Course Enrolment
When you enrol in a paid programme, you agree to provide accurate and complete registration and payment information and to maintain the security of your account credentials.
Course access is granted to the individual who purchased or was otherwise authorised to access the programme. Unless expressly agreed in writing, enrolments may not be transferred, resold or shared with another person.
5. Course Access
Access to a course or programme is subject to the applicable enrolment terms, payment status and availability of the relevant learning platform.
Course structures, lesson content, supporting materials, assessments and delivery methods may be updated from time to time to reflect educational developments or operational requirements.
6. Legacy Courses
Some courses previously offered by LinkMed Global may remain available to existing students even though they are no longer offered for new enrolment.
Access to legacy courses may be provided through a separate learning platform. Existing students should use the login route provided for their previously purchased programme.
Legacy course access does not create a right to enrol in, transfer to or receive access to newer programmes unless expressly stated by LinkMed Global.
7. Peptide Master Certification
The Peptide Master Certification is a professional education programme designed to provide structured education relating to peptide science, clinical applications, assessment, safety and related areas of emerging therapeutic practice.
Completion of the programme does not by itself grant a medical licence, prescribing authority, professional registration or any right to practise outside your existing professional scope.
8. Certification
Where a programme includes certification, the requirements for receiving a certificate will be stated within the programme materials. Certification may be dependent on completing required lessons, assessments or other stated requirements.
A LinkMed Global certificate is evidence of completion of an educational programme. It does not replace any licence, registration, board certification, continuing professional development requirement or other credential issued by a statutory or professional body.
9. Course Content
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that educational materials are accurate and useful. However, emerging therapies and related scientific evidence can change rapidly.
We do not guarantee that every item of course content will remain current, complete or applicable to every clinical situation or jurisdiction.
10. Products, Therapies and Compounds Discussed
Some Services may discuss peptides, medicines, supplements, compounds, procedures, protocols or other therapeutic approaches. Such discussion is provided for educational purposes and should not be interpreted as a recommendation to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition.
Information about a product or compound does not constitute an endorsement, prescription or guarantee of safety, effectiveness, legality or suitability for any individual patient.
11. Payments, Cancellations and Refunds
Fees, payment terms and any applicable cancellation or refund rights will be presented at the point of purchase or in the applicable programme terms.
Where a specific refund policy applies to a programme, that policy forms part of the terms of purchase. Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the website, course materials, videos, written content, graphics, logos, trademarks, downloads, assessments and other materials provided through the Services are owned by or licensed to LinkMed Global and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the materials for your own personal professional education.
You must not, without prior written permission:
- reproduce, republish or redistribute course materials;
- sell, rent, sublicense or commercially exploit the materials;
- copy or systematically download course content for use outside the programme;
- share your account or course access with another person; or
- remove copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices.
13. Prohibited Use
You must not use the Services for unlawful purposes or in a way that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the website, learning platforms or services provided to other users.
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems or data, interfere with the operation of the Services, or use automated means to extract or reproduce protected content without permission.
14. User-Submitted Content
If you submit comments, feedback, testimonials, questions or other material to us, you confirm that you have the right to provide that material and that it does not infringe the rights of another person.
By submitting feedback or other content, you grant LinkMed Global permission to use it for legitimate business, educational or promotional purposes, subject to applicable privacy requirements and any specific agreement we have with you.
15. Third-Party Services
The Services may use or link to third-party websites, payment providers, learning platforms, communication services and other external services. We are not responsible for the availability, content, policies or practices of third-party services.
Your use of a third-party service may be subject to that provider’s own terms and privacy policy.
16. Website and Platform Availability
We aim to keep the Services available and functioning reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, updates, security measures or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
17. Disclaimer of Medical Liability
LinkMed Global provides education, not medical care. Nothing on the website or within our programmes should be relied upon as medical advice, diagnosis or treatment for a particular person.
Healthcare professionals are responsible for applying their own clinical judgement, verifying relevant evidence and considering patient-specific factors, contraindications, interactions, risks and applicable professional requirements before taking any clinical action.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LinkMed Global and its educators, contributors, contractors and service providers will not be liable for losses, injury, damage or claims arising from reliance on educational content or from the use or application of information provided through the Services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
19. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless LinkMed Global and its officers, educators, contributors, contractors and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Services, your breach of these Terms or your violation of another person’s rights.
20. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity carried out through your account.
You should notify us promptly if you believe that your account has been accessed without authorisation. We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe an account has been compromised or these Terms have been breached.
21. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services where reasonably necessary to protect our systems, users, intellectual property or business, or where a user has materially breached these Terms.
Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue before restricting access.
22. Changes to Courses and Services
We may update, modify, replace or discontinue parts of the website, courses, programmes or Services from time to time. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes that affect an existing student's purchased access.
23. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
